"Christina Ricci makes her debut with “A Girl’s On-Course Survival Guide To Golf.” This book is spiral bound with an overlapping cover of pink and black diamonds. It looks trendy and cute. It has caricatures of long, tall and slim Barbie types who represent about 1% of the world’s women.

If those observations come off as a knock, fine. It appears how Ricci wanted it to appear. The look is planned, pre-meditated and well-executed."

BOOK REVIEW: "A GIRL'S ON-COURSE SURVIVAL GUIDE TO GOLF". By Christina Ricci
Okay, so the book has a pink cover, so what. "A Girl's On-Course Survival Guide to Golf", is a smartly written, well illustrated and focused guide for a novice woman golfer. I would think that it would be part of any of the instructional literature suggested for a ladies golf school. The book is also designed so that it can easily be put in your golf bag.
“I have to say thank you. I am one of those blessed girls if you know what I mean and you are the only person who has even approached that subject. I bought your book because I felt if you could mention this subject that you could definitely help me get the confidence I needed to feel I could even play golf like other people. The more I read your book the more it helped me with every aspect of my golf game. I am a beginner with only two trips to the course with my husband and fearful all the way. This book in one weekend has made me confident enough to want to go play again. Having a book that teaches you with pictures the correct way to do things so you do not learn bad habits has been a blessing. I have even caught my husband and son reading it when it was not in my hands. Thank you for helping me feel that even us blessed girls have a chance on the course.”

I bought your book this week and love it. I'm a 54 year old mom of 6 who has been golfing about 5 years and struggle with a 28 handicap. I want so badly to improve. I'm hoping to shave 10 strokes off my handicap and will do anything to get there. My youngest is off to college next year so hopefully I'll have even more time to play! Thanks for a great book and an exciting web site!

I bought the golf guide at an airport PGA store and couldn’t put it down and in fact I read it cover to cover and couldn’t wait to get back on the course to try out the techniques! The sales clerk at the PGA shop told me men have been purchasing the guide to help their game:-) I would suggest this guide for all levels of golfers and makes a great gift!
